March 05 Hey everyone...How's it going everyone. You can yell at me..I can take it. Things are still going....um...well they are going. I still havent lost anything since the holiday splurge (Thanksgiving/Christmas) but I'm still under 200....barely. I can honestly say though that even though you watch your eating most days of the week...those 2 days can kill you. Plus without exercising...nothing changes. So yeah...thats where I'm at...
BUT... it is about to change. I have committed to a monthly group of people for the next 12 months to improve 7 areas of my life. One of them is my health and the first step is to get into the 180's again by the end of March.
On a better note... Amber is doing great. She is now working for a Bariatrics practice in the same building as the Healthplex. How convenient is that? She had a speaking function for Life Success for a program they are having called The Greatest Loser. She did great she said and even enjoyed speaking and taking questions about our journey last year.
I am a little over half way done with my 2nd class at school. Well ahead of pace!!

December 07 He Said...So I've started posting alot on a new site for Biggest Loser fans. I really like this one. Has a lot of good tools and much simpler than the BLL. The moderator really knows what he's doing.
Come visit us. I know Sonja has joined from the MPM and Chris/Melissa (Under Construction).
Did ok this week....not great but not bad. Missed my workout this morning though but after Friday's workout...my legs were hurting! So I'm sorta glad I did miss it. hehe

December 01 He Said...Amber and I have come to the realization that our trainer Stephanie hates our core. Every day, every workout beats up our core. :)
Stephanie gave me a weekly training log now to follow. I get one day a week off from exercise now. Its ok though, I can take it.
Everything else is going great. Amber is on dayshift now...no more nightshifts taking a toll on her body. We really went by the wayside from Thurs-Sat on the food but its a new week and we started fresh at the grocery store Sunday. I cant wait for Season 7 to start on TBL. I dont know if I can take anymore of season 6. It is a totally different feel from the cast of season 5 to season 6. Yes there are ones I like but man....that Shakespearean one... :)

November 19 He Said...Well, after the intense Pilates session on Monday, I thought I would be hurting on Tuesday. That was not the case, in fact my core felt great!
My triceps are a little sore and I dont remember doing anything that concentrated on those.
I think I'll pick up the Thursday Pilates class that Steph runs. Amber started a new job that runs late on Thursdays so thats a perfect opportunity to get an extra class in while waiting on her to get off work.
Other than that...its another great day today. I meet with my advisor tonight to talk about taking Weekend courses at Xavier in Jan. I'm excited about that as well. 2008 has been a good year...no...a great year!
After celebrating my completion of the Life Success course (which went from from one night to 2 days of bad eating), I'm up a pound this morning.
I've got til Friday before I have to send in my numbers though. :)
